Everything Produced at Era Correct Forged is Man & Machine. Each and every wheel starts life as a heat-treated forged billet center. We begin by setting the profile at the front & rear of the center forging which allows us to achieve an optimal design with all the proper bevels, sweeps, curves, and contours. The same steps are also taken to develop the center caps. Another feature that sets us apart is the method we use to assemble our wheels. Heat is applied to the barrel, allowing it to expand and to be able to set the center forging at the customers requested custom backspacing. We then verify that both the barrel & center are properly aligned before welding them together.
